Call it - 'Saguinus oedipus'

Cotton-Top Tamarins are small new-world monkeys found only in Columbia in South America. They are a critically endangered species with an estimated population of 6000 individuals. The Green Planet and zoos worldwide are trying to conserve this species to help prevent them from going extinct.
